A little about us
Ok, so we are ghost hunters, you may gave guessed that already from the big banner at the top of the site, but why do we do it?
Our Aims:
Human nature drives us to wanting to know more. We want to know how and why people all over the world are experiencing events that they can only put down to the existance of ghosts.
Our aims are to try to record and document the phenomena of ghosts, write our findings up into a report and publish it here on our website.

Grace - Team Founder
I have always been fascinated with the paranormal. As a child I used to get very high fever's which resulted in me seeing lost souls. I did not fully develop my gift until the age of 19. But optioned to get married and raise a family.
I have 3 wonderful grown children, 2 energy filled grandchildren and am still married to the same man now going on 34 yrs. And soon will be adding a daughter-in-law as well. When I moved to the big city. I had the opportunity of taking metaphysical classes and meet some very interesting people.
One of my teachers was a woman by the name of Marion Easter. I am very grateful for her help in teaching me different types of metaphysical work. My other mentor and good friend is a man by the name of John Carey. John is a very remarkable man in his own right. He has been with me in good times and in bad times.
He is a person that I can always rely on. I work with very special talented people who by there own right have contributed to our validation on our investigations. Another man who I am truly grateful in knowing is our webmaster Neal. My dream is to some day meet Neal and do a investigation with him in the UK.
Austin
My name is Austin J Boyer: I go by the nickname AJ. I am 19 years old, and I have always thought of myself as being able to sense certain things about places. Now I must say that I have not been able to exercise this sense much but I know its there.
What got me into the paranormal is the death of my birth mother when I was 8 months old. Ever since her death date has always brought strange feelings to me as well as on my birthday. Very often I have odd things happen.
One such occasion was in mid November at about 3 a.m. in the morning I was in my basement thinking about what it would be like if my real mother was still here taking care of me, I had both the TV on and my stereo and both of them at separate times turned off and then made a crackling sound then what you could call a small BOOM. Then the TV, which is connected to a digital box, turned back on right where I had left off. And then the stereo turned back on and then the CD started playing right away where it had left off.
I then proceeded to go into the bathroom thinking about what had happened and literally felt the room take a deep breath and heard a exhale. I told my aunt whom I had been living with at the time and she said that my mother used to do the same exact thing when she saw people thinking.
On another occasion both me and my aunt were sitting down stairs and there was what sounded like tapping on the furnace and also a shadow that blocked out the light from the stairway that moved from the left side from the room to the right blocking the light out behind her then behind me at which time I said "MOM" stop the tapping and the shadows I'm Scared!" and both the tapping and shadows stopped till later that day.
I have always been a believer but these recent things that have happened that I have not been able to explain that have even made it more evident to me that the paranormal is real.
Akira
My name is Akira and live in Casa Grande. I grew up in California and have had some very strange paranormal experiences. I've expericed sleep paralysis, seeing objects move and encountered mischievous ghosts.
After high school I went to mortuary school and and eventually worked as an embalmer at one of the biggest mortuary/cemetery combinations. Some of my other duties were pick ups, disinterments and crematory trips. I later did freelance embalming and embalmed in several counties but primarily L.A.
I moved to Casa Grande 2 years ago and now work in Real Estate. I thought I would encounter some haunted homes but no such luck so far. I do love visiting haunted places and have taken haunted history tours in San Diego and New Orleans.
Naturaly I'm also a coast to coast stream link member. I love watching shows about ghost and I love to participate in investigations. I am not psychic or sensitive to paranormal activity but I have had some strange experiences in the past.
John Carey
John Carey met Grace Guerra in 2003 while working as a psychic for a metaphysical bookstore in Tempe, AZ. They became fast friends and as a result, he was invited to join her group of paranormal investigators.
John brings to the group his ability to determine the "who, what, wheres and whys" at each of the investigations he is involved in. The information that he provides not only validates documented activity but also helps loved ones find closure. Says John "The reason that I am involved is to help the people who request our services as investigators. My roll is to find the answers as to why activity is present. I get a great sense of personal satisfaction in doing so. And I a result, I have made some wonderful new friends along the way."
John by profession works developmentally disabled adults in the city of Tucson, AZ. Besides being a psychic, he also teaches metaphysical classes and is a Reiki Master/Teacher.
